I know a lot of players didn't read the game rule. It's why we would like to give a second chance. First, you guys should note each other as brother on your pages.
The gold is your brothers, even if he doesn't need it.
If you and your brother share the same ip/computer, the Admin will consider them as multi and may fine or block the accounts. You should avoid any transfer between you and your brother.
If you from different ip and computer, a large transfer without reason (rule 3.14) or gift more than 30% in a month (rule 3.15) are still rule breaking. and may be fined.
So you guys should read the game rule and follow it carefully from now on. One word, earn gold and play the game fairly. 
You can donate your own money (less than 30%) to our clan to earn clan rank and support our clan develope.
But for those money from your brother, if you want to get ride of it, you can transfer it back to your brother and note as "return all your money and will not do that again".

Hi boss, thanks for your answer. I read all the rules (that I have never read... ops)
Absenta is my brother and he play an elf, he doesn't like (and at that lv doesn't need) artifact so he gives me golds and arts that he doesn't use. I thought that this wasn't a problem, also because as you can see I don't spend a lot of gold...
We can stop now to do these golds transfers, but I had an idea!
I can give these golds to the clan... is that legal for the game?
I think that my bro will need some arts from lv 5 but now he doesn't.
We didn't think that we was braeking the rules, and we don't want to.
