The case: He went into a stated 13 AP battle with almost full arts. I know its not in the rules to follow AP, but seeing that he is a clan like yours, I would just want to let you know a member of your prestigious clan has unsporting behaviour. I dont expect punishment, but just to bring this occurrence to you.
