| what is the benefits of changing faction?
1. it's fun to play different faction. 
2. damage dealt to you by representatives of this very faction - every skill level decreases the damage dealt by that faction to you by 3%
For example, if you have skill lvl 9 at every faction, then each faction deals 27% less damage to you.
