The Clan of Dragon

The purpose is not to break anyone down, but to help our clanmate get famillar with those rules, and follow it. And in this way, make our clan great!

If you find there are any clan rule breaking of any clanmate C, you can open one post in our clan forum:

The basic information you need to post are: clanmate id, link and what's rule breaking, more detail are better.

Then one member of our judge team will contact the clanmate C, tell C our clan rules, point out what rule has been breaking, listen to C's explaination, and finally make an decision: rule breaking or not. All conversation and decision shoule be replied in the former post for record.

If there is any difficult to make a decision, another judge will come to help.
If C don't accept the decision, C can contact another judge for help too.

For each case, the reporter receive 1 clan point, judge receive 1-3 clan points.

If a clanmate C is judged to have rule breaking, he/she will receive 1 clan warning.

Based on C's history, C need to take a rule lesson and pay a small tuition (or call it a clan fine) in one week:
First Warning: 1000 gold
Second Warning: 2000 gold
Third Warning: 3000 gold

If it's not paid in 1 week by C, C will be out of our clan (in this case, to rejoin in future, A need to pay last fine and double invitation fee).

And C need to make sure to follow our clan rule in future, if there are new rule breaking again, C will be juged and fined again.

If A keep breaking our clan rules after 3 times fines, C will be evicted from our clan, and don't allowed to rejoin us.

As our purpose is to help our clanmates get famillar with our rules and follow it, a rule lesson is given to our clanmate. It's not a formal lesson, but a conversation between clanmate and our judge team, which can be done in private mail (pm) or on our clan forum.

It starts from the very beginning of the the judge process, and end with a simple rule quiz.

C can ask any question related to these rules, and promiss to follow it in future.

Every clanmates should read the game rules and follow it
Specially, the rules about multi accounts and transfers

If you have illegal transfers after May 1st, you need to not only pay our clan fine in 1 week, but also return all illegal transfers in 1 month and don't do it in future.

* If illegal transfers before May 1st, you need to understand the rules and follow it.
** Our clan fine =/= fine or block by Admin. We just do our best to help our clanmates understand the rules and follow it.

AFK (away from keyboard during battle) destory the game fun or your teammates or opposite team. Make sure you have time to finish the battle before you join it.

If you AFK during a battle with other players, you need to pay every player in the battle 100 gold and say sorry to them in 24 hours. Then we consider you followed our clan rule, and won't be warned.

If you did not pay in 24 hours, you will be warned and fined 1000 gold.

* If you go AFK in a battle with computer only (no other players), it's ok for you to go AFK if you want.

* There are a lot of reasons for AFK, losting connection is one of them. But we are not able to verify them. So we define AFK as -2 luck received.

You should make money for yourself, but not beg from other players.

It's ok to ask a loan, but you should return it in time. otherwise, it's against the game rule (of course our clan rule 1).

5a. don't creat a battle unequally (for example, don't creat a battle like: three lvl 4 VS two lvl 4, or three lvl 5-6 VS three lvl 4-5)

5b. join a battle with respecting to the battle description. (for example, don't join a "NO ART" or "MIN-AP ART" with full arts)

Starting from 07:07 AM July 7th, 2009 of LWM time, if you break any clan rules, you will be contacted by one clan Sheriff, and be imposed a penalty:
- 1000 gold for first time
- 2000 gold for second time
- 3000 gold for third time
- even be evicted from our clan for fourth time or some extreme cases.

For rule breaking before July 7th, our clan will forget it, but we hope you can learn and follow our rules, and be a good player from now on.
