The simplest way is kick them out of our clan, but I think they will mostly learn nothing from it, even don't know why they are out. So I am considering a judge system, which will give them a warning and small fine first. Hope it can help them to learn the game rules and our clan rules, and turn them into good players.
If after serveral try, he keep doing the wrong thing, he is out then.
How do you think? Any suggestion?
